A Safe Dating Site

If you feel like you are ready to dive into the online dating scene, do not be scared.  Just make sure you are barking up the right tree.  BigChurch.com turned out to be the answer.

It is no surprise that online dating is so popular- some people really find true love on the internet.  There is no shortage of dating sites either.  I would like to share my experience with one of these sites that ended in happiness for me.

I have always, in the passed, experienced a certain degree of uneasiness that was very unsettling and kept me away from the online dating scene.  Upon closer introspection and research I have found that it was my own fear of stepping up and getting out there.  I was used to my life as I have lived it for many years in loneliness.  I wasn't unhappy, but not exactly happy either.  I asked myself, "Are you going to die alone like this?".

Believe me, I have been to the socials at the church, fun runs, bbq's and what have you.  I have tried my best to reach out and meet someone that seemed like my equal.  I was open to the fact that I might not get exactly what I wanted - there will always be a compromise.  How much of a compromise? Well, too much it turned out.

I came in contact with BigChurch.com through a google seach and it finally afforded me the opportunity to find someone in my own time and with the knowledge that this person shares something that is very important to me.  I was sceptical in the beginning.  I was apprehensive.  That soon diminished.

Some things I have learned in the process :

1) Take your time - do not be hasty.

2) Don't be scared to meet up with people.  They may not be your soul mate but they might just make a good friend.

3) Make sure the person is verified.  Safety First!

4) You won't find Brad Pitt on there - open your heart, not your eyes.

Needless to say, myself and Andrew have been a match made in... the internet :) It worked for us and I would like to encourage others to try it before knocking it.  Please leave comments if you have any questions.

Till next time :)

Erase Stretch Marks with Skinception Intensive Stretch Mark Therapy
It's ironic, that some of the most defining events in human life cause stretch marks. Adolescence, child birth and growth spurts contribute to who we are, but we wear them like a neon sign that speak of life experience in less-than-flattering ways. Stretch marks say "My body's been used." That's not a bad thing. But in bathing suit season it's...well...embarrassing.

Fortunately you can erase those embarrassing stretch marks, with Skinception Intensive Stretch Mark Therapy.

Stretch marks, or striae, are thin white stripes that appear in a striped formation where the skin has been stretched. They most often occur in areas of the body prone to growth, including the abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks and upper arms. You know how the upper arms tend to flaunt excess, er, "baggage" when you're waving good-bye in a short-sleeved shirt? They show more than some people would care to admit.

Stretch marks occur from the inside-out. Some events, including pregnancy, weight changes and adolescence can increase the body's production of a hormone called glucocorticoids. This hormone suppresses the collagen and elastin needed for taut, healthy skin. The loss of these supportive structures allows the layers of skin to separate, causing the grooved, discolored appearance of stretch marks.

Skinception Intensive Stretch Mark Therapy is scientifically formulated to address two of the main causes of stretch marks lost collagen and elastin and reduce and even erase those debilitating stretch marks. Specifically, it's designed to:

boost collagen productionincrease elastinfade red and purple discolorationeven skin tonesmooth striations and deep furrows
In recent clinical studies, Skinception Intensive Stretch Mark Therapy reduced the appearance of stretch marks by up to 72.5% in just two months.

Between 75% and 95% of women develop stretch marks during pregnancy. And yet despite the demand for a safe and effective method to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, there are precious few that actually work.

Skinception Intensive Stretch Mark Therapy erases stretch marks and restores confidence in women looking to feel sexy and attractive, whether during the scantily clad days of summer, with her lover, or in those quiet moments alone when she just wants to feel beautiful.

Regestril®, an active ingredient in Skinception Intensive Stretch Mark Therapy is gentle, yet extremely potent and holds immense potential for women looking for sexy, stretch mark-free skin. In a clinical study, 13 women with post-pregnancy stretch marks applied a 2% concentration of Regestril® on the affected areas for two months. At the end of the study, 70% of the women saw a measurable improvement in the appearance of stretch marks. Color, indentation and width of the stretch marks improved by 21.7%, and the depth of stretch marks improved by an impressive 72.5%.

Some women report a reduction in stretch mark appearance in as little as four weeks. But for best results, use Skinception Intensive Stretch Mark Therapy for at least 90 days. After that, view Skinception Intensive Stretch Mark Therapy as an investment in your beauty and sex appeal. Use it on a regular basis to keep skin tone taut and sexy and to prevent future stretch marks.

Because that's what it is. Skinception Intensive Stretch Mark Therapy is an investment. In your beauty, appearance and self-confidence. Don't let unsightly stretch marks tell the world where you've been. With Skinception Intensive Stretch Mark Therapy, you're healthy, sexy and best of all, stretch mark-free!

Foods that increases breast size

If you have small breasts then one of the major reasons can be excessive production of the testosterone that leads to the suppression of the breast growth.

There are various different types of food items that help to control the production of the testosterone and thus increase the size of the breast. Fruits, vegetables and whole grains help to control the production of testosterone whereas chicken helps to improve the tissues of the breast. Apple, garlic and walnuts helps in stimulating the sex hormones whereas fenugreek, saw palmetto and wild yam helps in increasing the breast size.

Laser Hair Removal : The Basics

Hi all, today we are chatting about LASER HAIR REMOVAL!! Scary? No, not really.  Laser hair removal is getting more popular everyday. With good reason.

Most of us have our own conceptions about this treatment. It is important to know the science and the art of laser hair removal before you decide to get treated with lasers for hair removal.

What is laser? Laser is the concentrated beam of light that is made of a single wavelength. This beam does not scatter light around but focuses it on one point. Therefore the energy emission is very high. In hair removal this laser energy is used to heat and burn the hair follicles. The full name of laser is Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation.

How laser removes hair When laser is focused on skin, it gets attracted to the pigment of the hair follicle. The laser heats the hair follicles and burns it at the root. The darker the colour of the hair, the better better the results you can expect. Similarly, the skin should be light coloured otherwise the skin also attracts laser and gets blistered. With latest developments this possibility is getting eliminated, but you must talk to your physician about your hair and skin colour and the results expected.

Can I do it myself? Modern advancements in skin and hair technology has made it completely safe to do so by yourself, at home.  There are a few products on the market that work really well.  We have done some researched and the Remington  IPL6000USA seems to stand out on top - not only for its price tag but for the user ratings and experiences it receives on Amazon.com.  Click on here to go to the page and read some feedback on the device

Skin care: Power tips for healthy skin

Good skin care — including sun protection and gentle cleansing — can keep your skin healthy and glowing for years to come.

Don't have time for intensive skin care? Pamper yourself with the basics. Good skin care and healthy lifestyle choices can help delay the natural aging process and prevent various skin problems. Get started with these five no-nonsense tips.

1. Protect yourself from the sun

One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer.
For the most complete sun protection:
  • Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. When you're outdoors, reapply sunscreen every two hours — or more often if you're swimming or perspiring.
  • Seek shade. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
  • Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats. Also consider laundry additives, which give clothing an additional layer of ultraviolet protection for a certain number of washings, or special sun-protective clothing — which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet rays.

2. Don't smoke

Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. Smoking narrows the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layers of skin, which decreases blood flow. This depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients that are important to skin health. Smoking also damages collagen and elastin — the fibers that give your skin its strength and elasticity. In addition, the repetitive facial expressions you make when smoking — such as pursing your lips when inhaling and squinting your eyes to keep out smoke — can contribute to wrinkles.
If you smoke, the best way to protect your skin is to quit. Ask your doctor for tips or treatments to help you stop smoking.

3. Treat your skin gently

Daily cleansing and shaving can take a toll on your skin. To keep it gentle:
  • Limit bath time. Hot water and long showers or baths remove oils from your skin. Limit your bath or shower time, and use warm — rather than hot — water.
  • Avoid strong soaps. Strong soaps and detergents can strip oil from your skin. Instead, choose mild cleansers.
  • Shave carefully. To protect and lubricate your skin, apply shaving cream, lotion or gel before shaving. For the closest shave, use a clean, sharp razor. Shave in the direction the hair grows, not against it.
  • Pat dry. After washing or bathing, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on your skin.
  • Moisturize dry skin. If your skin is dry, use a moisturizer that fits your skin type. For daily use, consider a moisturizer that contains SPF.

4. Eat a healthy diet

A healthy diet can help you look and feel your best. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. The association between diet and acne isn't clear — but some research suggests that a diet rich in vitamin C and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin.

5. Manage stress

Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. To encourage healthy skin — and a healthy state of mind — take steps to manage your stress. Set reasonable limits, scale back your to-do list and make time to do the things you enjoy. The results might be more dramatic than you expect.

Make your own, healthy home made clay mask

If you have sensitive skin and fall victim to constant irritation and rash then this home made solution might work for you. Thanks to naturalnews.com for sharing this great tip.

Guaranteed Breast Growth Without Surgery.  Stop wasting time and money - Try BREASTACTIVES NOW

Skin is the body`s largest organ and one of the primary ways toxins make their way into the body. Therefore, it`s important to read the labels of skin care products and learn what to avoid when it comes to ingredients.

The marketplace is abundant with prepared "natural" clay masks. An alternative to buying packaged clay masks is to "do-it-yourself". In the United States, skin care products for human use require that ingredients be listed. However, the FDA does not require verifiable, mandatory compliance with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act for cosmetic products (which include skin care products) before they are marketed. Let the buyer beware!

Here are some important points to keep in mind with regard to reading skin care labels:

1. lots of ingredients in and of themselves don`t make a product better.
2. fewer ingredients in and of themselves don`t make a product better.
3. an unpronounceable ingredient doesn`t make it bad.
4. more expensive products aren`t necessarily better than less expensive products.
5. knowledge is power and reading labels is key to choosing products!

On the bright side, there is a natural substance from the earth - calcium bentonite clay - that can be used to make a non-toxic mask at home. Clay refers to materials whose particle size is less than 2 micrometers and to a family of minerals whose chemical compositions and crystal structure are similar. There are many different types of clay, some more suited to industrial use and others suited to personal use. Clays in the smectite family are particularly good for clay masks because they both absorb (draw in) and adsorb (stick to) toxins and other impurities. Any quality calcium bentonite clay can be used as the basis of a homemade clay mask.

How to make your own clay

Mix 1 part dry calcium bentonite clay with 3 parts filtered water. (Organic apple cider vinegar or rosewater may be substituted for the filtered water.)

Blend well with a wooden spoon till the consistency of sour cream. Let sit 12-24 hours covered.

Apply a thin layer to the skin and allow to dry 15-20 minutes.

Rinse off with warm water and moisturize.

Since the clay increases circulation to the area where applied, expect some redness initially. Clay facials may be done once a week for general cleansing and exfoliation. [Editor`s Note: NaturalNews is strongly against the use of all forms of animal testing.
